At MedScribe Academy, I trained in medical scribing, EMR workflows, U.S. medical terminology, and remote healthcare documentation. In practicum placements, I documented live patient encounters in Practice Fusion EHR and transcribed and edited clinical notes.
At DFJ Clinic, I assessed and documented patient conditions, treatment goals, and progress in an aesthetic and cosmetic physiotherapy setting. I also maintained patient records and treatment reports for ongoing case management.
As an intern at Pakistan Ordnance Factories Hospital and City Hospital, I assisted with rehabilitation care and maintained patient documentation. My Doctor of Physical Therapy training also informed research on flat foot and its association with musculoskeletal issues among university students.
