I'm pursuing a Doctor of Physiotherapy at Stella Medical College and Allied Health Science while building practical clinical documentation skills for remote medical scribing.
During my physiotherapy clinical internship at Flexi Physio, I observed and participated in patient assessment and documentation, recorded clinical information accurately, and communicated with patients and healthcare professionals.
I'm developing SOAP documentation, medical terminology, EHR/EMR concepts, and clinical transcription skills. I bring knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, sports injuries, and patient histories.
