What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that fosters innovation and collaboration, where I can apply my skills in machine learning and DevOps, while contributing to impactful research and gaining further experience in a supportive environment.

I am a dedicated Machine Learning and DevOps enthusiast currently pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Computer System Engineering. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in AI, deep learning, and data processing, which I am eager to apply in a Research Engineer position at the Lyon Institute of Cognitive Sciences. I have developed automated pipelines for video and audio analysis, and I am particularly interested in contributing to neuroethology experiments focused on marmoset communication and behavior.

My undergraduate thesis involved creating a Random Forest classifier in Python to detect diabetic disease from medical imaging data, where I optimized accuracy through feature engineering and preprocessing techniques. Additionally, I have experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant, where I supported data preprocessing and feature engineering for PhD research, enhancing dataset quality and model performance. I have also contributed to a research paper presented at a local symposium on computational neuroscience.
