What I'm looking for

I want to be the engineer who sits with the customer, not two teams away from them. That is what I have been doing at CosX AI as a founding forward deployed engineer: I go into a client's problem, ship into their codebase, watch them actually use it, and fix it the same week.

VectorDrop (vectordrop.co.in). I built and shipped it alone, and I still run it. 750+ users, paying customers, $20 MRR. I know $20 is small. It is also real money from strangers on the internet, and every part of getting there was mine: the pipeline, the infra, the security, the SEO, and the pricing.

I've owned a national NGO donation platform end to end, processing INR 400,000+ in monthly recurring donations with zero payment failures, and automated dispatch and GST e-invoicing workflows that save INR 200,000 per month.

I also want to keep doing GTM engineering. I got tired of a launch video taking a week of somebody's time, so I built a pipeline harness that turns 2 prompts into a finished film: footage, narration, score, typography and the cut. It lives as a skill I invoke, and it means a launch is no longer gated on a video person's calendar. That is the kind of work I want more of, where engineering deletes a bottleneck for a whole function instead of shipping one more feature.
