What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead Agile delivery and product development with cross-functional teams, using coaching, stakeholder engagement, transparent metrics, and continuous improvement to deliver meaningful outcomes.

I've led Agile delivery for C and T Home Health Care, partnering with healthcare leadership, administrators, patients, caregivers, nurses, IT teams, and management to prioritize roadmap initiatives and deliver new processes and systems.

I facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and workshops while helping Product Owners shape Epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready, and Definition of Done.

Across Agile Coach Support and Delex Transportation, I've removed impediments, coached teams in Scrum and self-organization, tracked velocity and delivery metrics, and used Jira and Confluence to make risks, dependencies, progress, and decisions visible.

My earlier IT support and project coordination work at William Cullen Bryant High School built my practical approach to service delivery, technical issue resolution, stakeholder communication, documentation, and continuous improvement.
