At the Internal Revenue Service, I work as an IT Specialist supporting web apps, program operations, and budget management. I designed the Web Apps front door intranet site for the EPMO site and use Microsoft Project to create work breakdown structures and track project status.

As a budget lead, I track domain spending, update budget reports and invoice reconciliations, and draft unfunded budget requests. I also prepared a three-year FMS spend plan and use the Integrated Financial System to retrieve labor and non-labor actuals.

As a subject matter expert on product work, I drafted security artifacts for products including Installment Agreement, TPP ID VERIFY Phase II, and Third-Party Refund API. I also drafted privacy civil liberties impact assessments for Integrated Payment, Online account, Tax Pro, and Modernize online payment plan.

I support acquisition and delivery work by preparing documents such as Independent Government Cost Estimates and Performance Work Statements, and by creating status reports and management briefings. I hold a Project Management Professional certification and have a master's degree in cybersecurity from University of Maryland Baltimore County.
