At IBM ISDL, I work on Cluster Export Services in Storage Scale, supporting high-availability orchestration and failover for distributed storage services. I delivered NFS features that eliminated service disruption during export loads and reduced operation time from 28 minutes to 3–4 seconds.

I also improved SMB and NFS monitoring, resolved an HDFS startup race condition that cut initialization time by 45 seconds, and contributed to S3 development. As an intern at IBM ISDL, I designed and implemented an S3 compatibility and performance certification tool.
