At Cosmos Educational Press Ltd., I manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions, supplier and customer invoices, payments, receipts, and daily expenses in QuickBooks Online.

I reconcile bank and account balances, investigate discrepancies, post journal entries, and maintain accurate general ledger records. I also support month-end procedures, expense tracking, budget monitoring, and management reporting.

My experience includes tax and CNPS declarations, confidential financial documentation, and following up on outstanding customer and supplier balances.

Previously, I volunteered as an Accounting & Banking Assistant, supporting daily transaction recording, AP and AR documentation, bank reconciliations, data entry, and organized financial records.
