In my most recent role as an Accounting and Inventory Control Officer, I managed supplier invoices, waybills, receipts, and supporting documents, and performed inventory reconciliations to ensure record accuracy. I also improved documentation control by linking External Goods Received Notes (ETGRNs) with supplier waybills, reducing discrepancies by approximately 85–90%, introduced an invoice tracking register to improve traceability, and recommended a Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) tracking process to strengthen accrual accuracy and month-end reporting.
