I am a Corporate Compliance Officer with over 8 years of progressive experience building and operating compliance programs across highly regulated industries. I bring a practical, risk-based approach to compliance oversight, with demonstrated success in policy governance, hotline and case management, and enterprise issue remediation.

At KPMG Luxembourg I led execution of the compliance program charter, maturity roadmap, and risk-based monitoring, producing executive-ready dashboards and metrics to inform governance. I established and ran an enterprise policy governance framework including taxonomy, templates, approval authorities, version control, and exception processes.

At Consensys I built a comprehensive compliance program from the ground up for a fast-scaling blockchain organization, delivering role-based training, micro-burst campaigns, monitoring, and remediation tracking. I owned the compliance hotline and case management, producing trend analytics and ensuring privacy incidents were appropriately categorized and remediated.

I hold a JD and advanced legal/risk qualifications, including CCEP and CCAS, and I am fluent in English and French. I partner effectively with Legal, Privacy, Security, and business stakeholders to embed usable compliance controls and drive sustainable program improvements.
