I contribute to strategic sourcing and category management through supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations, and spend analysis. I also work with Legal and cross-functional stakeholders on procurement compliance, contracts, risk controls, and audit requirements.
At ShadowsAdsAdvertisingLLC, I handled procurement and operations, implemented procurement policies and controls, and developed an international supplier base. I led negotiations on pricing, payment terms, lead times, and contracts to improve acquisition value and reduce supply risk.
At EmircomLLC, I managed international procurement and logistics, including supplier management, purchase orders through MS Dynamics GP, and import and export coordination. Earlier, at GulfAgencyCompany, I coordinated logistics and customs documentation across multiple regions.
