I'm currently maintaining hardware and software asset inventory and managing end-user support as a System Administrator at Guyana's Ministry of Finance.
At Massy Motors, I served as the sole Information Technology Officer supporting locations in Berbice, Essequibo, and Ruimveldt. I maintained hardware and software, managed cloud user accounts and shared folders, and kept cybersecurity systems, firewalls, and switches up to date.
Previously at Massy Guyana and Massy Services, I supported organization-wide hardware and software, server user accounts, Moneygram and Surepay agents, and surveillance systems.
