At Avalara, I designed Agentforce agents for the Partner Portal to create cases and route requests. I configured Knowledge Base and Confluence integrations for responses, with personalized chat experiences and fallback paths to support teams.
Previously, at Yoti, I developed Salesforce solutions for identity verification and electronic signatures, including Experience Cloud portals and REST and SOAP integrations. Across my Salesforce work, I’ve also delivered OmniStudio customer service and enrollment solutions, CPQ implementations, and AI-powered partner support.
