I draft and argue civil appeals, writ petitions, service matters, and criminal revision petitions, and conduct statutory and case-law research for litigation and advisory work. I also draft and review agreements, prepare legal documents, and advise clients on remedies and case risks.
Through independent practice, I represented clients in consumer protection matters and advised on service and employment issues. I also contributed to legal research on topics including freedom of the press, technology laws, and intellectual property rights.
