My work includes PTCs, direct assignments, RBI returns, statutory audits, and the full NBFC lifecycle from disbursal through collection, recovery, and compliance.
I've also supported Mumbai-based NBFCs and a ₹3,000 crore venture capital fund with daily accounting, compliance, interest accruals, MIS, financial reporting, RBI licensing, rating-agency coordination, and loan-management-system setup. For a Puerto Rico-based debt fund, I prepared projections for investment proposals across real estate, gambling, distilleries, and construction.
Through J S B L & Co. and BhaSha Advisors, I support SMEs and startups with tax, audit, accounting, GST, RoC compliance, and Indian GAAP financials. I've conducted forensic audits that identified a fund-diversion trail worth about ₹150 crores and performed due diligence under Section 29A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
