I’m seeking opportunities to provide experienced financial leadership or support capital raising to help businesses drive their next growth phase.

As a Freelance Consultant, I serve as a Virtual CFO for corporate clients, supporting major financial and strategic decisions. I plan and manage cash flow, streamline accounting systems, and implement SAP costing that maps costs to sales orders to assess profitability.

Through my independent advisory work, I help resolve stressed assets through debt or equity funding and support NCLT proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. At Saarloha Advanced Materials Pvt. Ltd., I managed treasury operations and credit facilities, negotiated financing arrangements, and provided financial reporting to the board and senior management.
