What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to fintech, lending, LOS, LMS, or BPM implementation work where I can translate requirements into functional solutions, collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, support UAT and Go-Live, and improve business processes.

At Pennant Technologies, I translate business requirements for fintech and loan-processing applications into functional solutions that align with business objectives.

I've supported end-to-end LOS, LMS, and BPM implementations, from requirement analysis and documentation through UAT, defect resolution, production releases, and Go-Live. My work spans loan application processing, validation, disbursement workflows, and post-Go-Live operational support.

I create BRDs, UDs, FSDs, workflows, and process flow diagrams, while performing business, gap, solution, and impact analysis to identify improvements.

I work closely with clients, stakeholders, development, QA, product, and business teams to clarify requirements, validate functionality, prioritize issues, and support timely delivery.
