At Cognizant Technology Solutions, I analyzed high-volume transactional data using SQL, SAS, and Excel to support reporting, validation, and business decision-making. I also investigated inconsistencies through data cleaning, reconciliation, quality checks, and anomaly analysis.

I developed reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI, translating operational data into KPIs and insights. My work also included investigating data issues, identifying trends, and supporting root-cause analysis.

In my projects, I analyzed retail transactions and airline passenger records using SQL and Python, applying data validation, exploratory analysis, RFM segmentation, statistics, and forecasting. I’m especially interested in LLM evaluation, product analytics, and AI-enabled data solutions.
