I’m looking for a delivery leadership role where I can own end-to-end international portfolios, strengthen PMO/RAID governance, and use AI-augmented automation to improve delivery speed, quality, and stakeholder alignment across CRM and multi-tenant SaaS.

I’m a Senior Delivery Manager with 11+ years in IT, owning concurrent international delivery portfolios across Norway, Italy, and the USA for a Norway-based IT consulting firm.

I lead end-to-end delivery across 5+ concurrent projects and 35+ team members, covering scope, schedule, budget, RAID governance, and stakeholder management across CRM and multi-tenant SaaS delivery.

I built the PMO from scratch, standardising reporting and risk controls, and drove a 20–30% improvement in delivery speed. I also converted a fixed-cost client to a dedicated model, adding $14K/month in recurring revenue, and was retained as Account Manager on a $200–300K/year account.

I eliminate manual reporting by building a Portfolio Dashboard using Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, cutting reporting cycle time to under 2 hours. I bring domain expertise across CRM, SaaS, healthcare technology, IT consulting, and GCC delivery operations, with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery experience—and PSM-I certification plus PMP in progress.
