I’m a results-driven Senior IT Specialist with 9+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network security, and compliance management. I focus on designing secure, scalable systems that protect business continuity.

At Scalemill, I spearhead security operations for 100+ users by implementing FortiGate firewall policies, SD-WAN, and secure VPNs. I’ve also rolled out multi-factor authentication (MFA) across cloud and email platforms to significantly harden the security posture.

I strengthen resilience through enterprise-wide device encryption, automated patch management, and endpoint protection/EDR practices. I administer Google Workspace with advanced security configurations and compliance-aligned policies, and I build and test backup/recovery solutions while supporting ISO 27001 documentation and audits.

Earlier, as an IT Administrator at Ressichem Pvt Ltd and Faize Hakimi, I managed enterprise infrastructure, performed server migrations with zero downtime, and designed disaster recovery plans. I’m continually upskilling—currently pursuing my Google Professional IT Certificate and Advanced Ethical Hacking.
