What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a non-clinical clinical quality role focused on documentation analysis, chart audits, EPIC-driven quality improvement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and improving patient outcomes while advancing in healthcare quality or informatics.

I have experience across medical-surgical, progressive care, and critical care settings. My goal is to transition from bedside nursing into a non-clinical role.

I have led unit-wide quality initiatives, performed chart audits and documentation reviews, and leveraged EPIC EMR to improve compliance and continuity of care; I was selected for contract renewal based on clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication.

I am passionate about improving healthcare delivery through documentation analysis, care coordination, and evidence-based practice, and I bring strengths in communication, critical thinking, interdisciplinary collaboration.
