As a passionate physical therapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and specialized certifications in orthopedic and pelvic health, I have dedicated my career to enhancing the quality of life for my patients. I founded Tempo Physical Therapy & Running Performance, where I apply evidence-based practices to assess and treat a diverse range of patients, from youth to older adults. My focus on running treatment and pelvic floor therapy allows me to bridge the gap between orthopedic conditions and pelvic health, ensuring comprehensive care.

Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in various clinical settings, including outpatient neurology and sports medicine at renowned institutions like the Mayo Clinic and MHealth Fairview. My commitment to continuous learning is evident through my ongoing professional development, including certifications in dry needling and running treatment specialization. I am also actively involved in research, contributing to studies on injury prevention and blood flow restriction training, which further enhances my clinical expertise.
