I’m an Administrative Virtual Assistant looking for remote work across time zones. I keep calendars, inboxes, and client records running without needing to be chased for updates.
In my self-directed Executive Support Simulation, I managed travel booking, calendar upkeep, and email drafting for a simulated principal. I built the workflow from scratch and scored 7.5/10 on task accuracy and professionalism.
For my Employee Directory Build, I created an Excel directory using COUNTIF formulas and AutoFilter, formatted for quick lookup by nontechnical users.
I’m also working through an eight-module Property Management VA curriculum covering tenant communication, scheduling, and records. I handle sensitive business and personal information confidentially and work comfortably with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
