At Catherine McAuley School of Nursing — Mater Misericordiae Hospital, I completed supervised clinical training across healthcare departments and facilities, gaining practical experience in clinical documentation and patient information management.

I accessed and reviewed patient histories, laboratory results, medication information and vital signs using KenyaEMR, TaifaCare and MEDITECH. I also recorded vital signs and supported assessment and triage documentation workflows.

During clinical training, I communicated relevant patient information to nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals, and supported patient tracking, follow-up and referral processes.

My research project at Mater Misericordiae Hospital examined nurses' readiness and perceptions toward transitioning from paper-based to electronic clinical documentation. I'm seeking a remote medical scribe, charting or healthcare documentation role.
