I’m looking to bring my IFRS-driven financial leadership to a high-growth organization—owning reporting accuracy, compliance, and internal controls—while mentoring teams and improving finance operations through ERP and automation.

I’m a finance executive with +20 years of experience leading financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance across multinational and entrepreneurial organizations. I’m known for consolidated financial reporting, technical accounting (including revenue recognition), IFRS compliance, and audit management—while translating complex issues into clear insights for executives and stakeholders.

In my recent role, I’ve built and scaled Losian Agro Distributors Ltd as Founder/Managing Director, maintaining accurate books as we transitioned from QuickBooks to Tally, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring tax-compliant monthly and annual reporting. Previously as CFO (East Africa) and Chief Financial Officer (Business Unit Africa), I led consolidated reporting for multi-country operations, implemented ERP upgrades and reporting automation (Sun Systems/Hyperion), and mentored finance managers—partnering with boards and leadership to drive strategic growth and operational efficiency.
