I am a driven and diligent data engineer with practical experience in large-scale data processing, cloud infrastructure, and coding. My journey began with a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, specializing in Data Engineering from the University of Stellenbosch. I have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for leveraging data to drive business insights.

Currently, I work at ShopriteX, where I support one of Africa's largest on-demand eCommerce platforms. My role involves managing high-volume databases, optimizing backend infrastructure in AWS, and developing business reporting platforms. I take pride in enhancing app functionalities and automating processes to improve efficiency and data quality.

Throughout my career, I have successfully implemented significant projects, including the Google Shopping feed integration and the development of automated reporting systems. I am always eager to learn and grow, and I thrive in fast-paced environments that embrace Agile principles.
