I’m a results-driven assistant manager focused on leading data management and strategic reporting in education. I deliver factbooks, effectiveness reports, and performance analysis that support planning—grounded in accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

I leverage Power BI and Excel to turn complex datasets into clear insights, and I lead end-to-end survey design for students, alumni, and employers. I oversee Student Information Systems (SIS) for data accuracy and continuous improvement, and I manage graduate outcomes and institutional metrics such as retention, progression, and employability.

In parallel, I lead regulatory reporting and audits (CHEDS, CAA), strengthen data governance and data quality, and streamline workflows to improve outcomes. Previously, as a Data Manager/Digital Leader, I designed Power BI reports and dashboards, automated manual processes, and trained staff and students—building stakeholder confidence through actionable reporting.
