I've built my career at Medipost Pharmacy, progressing from medication picker to Liaison Administrator, Status Administrator, and Picking and Workflow Supervisor. I help ensure patient medication parcels are accurate, processed to required timelines, and ready for scheduled delivery.

In my current role, I manage people, daily responsibilities, SOPs, training, overtime, performance statistics, and policy adherence. I work closely with internal and external departments, resolve dispatch errors and queries, monitor workflow reports, and recognise high-performing team members.
