Dedicated microbiologist with expertise in brewing and quality control.
What I'm looking for
I am a dedicated microbiologist with extensive experience in the brewing industry and water quality testing. My journey began at Gift Bottled Water Factory, where I honed my skills in isolating and identifying pathogenic bacteria and fungi from various water samples. This foundational experience laid the groundwork for my subsequent role at WoW Bottled Water Factory, where I further developed my expertise in microbiological testing and quality assurance.
Currently, I serve as a Brewing Operator at Heineken Brewery, where I actively monitor the brewing process and implement safety standards. My involvement in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) improvement teams has allowed me to contribute to loss reduction initiatives and enhance operational efficiency. I am committed to continuous personal development and thrive in environments that challenge my capabilities and foster growth.
