Designed international executive education and delegation programs for the Brazilian cooperative banking sector in partnership with Confebras, delivering programs across Europe and coordinating around 15 partner institutions.

Founded a language services company in Brazil, setting up its business model, legal and tax structure, processes, and website. Built a network of 800+ vetted language professionals across 25 language pairs and managed the full project lifecycle for clients.

Co-led the development of a seeding machine for syntropic agroforestry systems within a seven-figure private investment. Derived technical requirements from field conditions in Brazil and coordinated a team of 2 employees and 3 students.

Conducted eight months of independent field research across four large-scale agroforestry pilot sites in Brazil, funded by a DAAD scholarship. Developed a first-principles methodology to evaluate the mechanization of a novel cultivation system.

Assessed 400+ refrigeration and air-conditioning assets against EU F-Gas Regulation and developed a structured retrofit, refrigerant conversion, and replacement plan. All assets subsequently converted in line with the plan.
