I build resilient on-premise infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and real-time factory systems using SRE principles.

At General Shoes VN, I've architected on-premise VMware ESXi infrastructure, PostgreSQL backup and failover systems, and self-hosted Git environments for Linux and Windows workloads.

I've built a lightweight ERP from scratch to replace legacy systems and developed Linux-based data synchronization services. I also automated cross-platform deployments with Python, Bash, and Git to reduce manual release work.

I turn physical factory signals into reliable operational visibility, integrating logs from 30+ machines into a real-time OEE dashboard. I've also built secure document-conversion automation with employee-ID watermarking to help prevent data leakage.

Previously, I stabilized multi-site MS SQL synchronization at Lai Yih Group and led real-time RFID asset tracking deployments. At Far Eastern Polytex Vietnam, I led a local IT team through a factory's ground-up infrastructure setup while supporting ERP systems in C# and MS SQL.
