I am a First Class honours graduate in Bachelor of Science in Astronomy and Astrophysics from the University of Nairobi, driven to improve scientific understanding and contribute to space exploration and sustainable energy research.
At university I served on the UNASSA committee, gaining planning, coordination and event-execution experience and I spearheaded the creation of UON Astro Night to broaden student engagement in observational astronomy.
Outside academics I have extensive volunteer leadership with St John Ambulance and teaching experience with Pacemaker Organization, and I apply practical skills including observational reporting, MATLAB simulations, LaTeX and Python programming to research and outreach.
