What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join a new team where I can continue remote clinical assessments with strong ethical practice—consent, safeguarding, and data protection—while producing clear, timely reports and collaborating confidently with multidisciplinary colleagues.

I am a nurse with strong work ethics and a diverse clinical background across the government sector, including the NHS and private sector. My practice spans haematology/oncology, gastroenterology, elderly medicine, and surgical medicine, and I have worked as a junior CNS in neurogenetics for a year. Since October 2022, I have built my career around remote, case-based assessments and ethical decision-making as a disability analyst.

In my current role as a Disability analyst (Higher Executive Officer), I complete telephone assessments of claimants with disabilities by reviewing medical history, social history, and day-to-day functional history. I produce concise, legible assessment reports with recommendations, working within the law and local policies to keep the process autonomous and ethical for claimants. I also monitor for safeguarding concerns, follow duty of candour, and apply consent and claimant rights throughout, while maintaining professional registration status.

I enjoy working autonomously with strong organisational skills and clear communication under pressure, while remaining an effective team partner across multi-disciplinary teams. Previously, I supported remote nursing assessment, contact tracing, and return-to-work risk assessment in occupational health, including infection control guidance. I also contributed to clinical research audits and patient-facing materials in neurogenetics, and earlier worked in haemato-oncology and research nursing roles—always grounded in compassionate, high-quality patient care.
