As Founder and Creative Director, I led creative direction for over 250 learning modules across major UK brands, establishing end-to-end design solutions. My role involved transforming complex training needs into engaging, user-centric experiences through innovative problem-solving.

Designed and developed mandatory learning content for Sainsbury's Bank, collaborating with Scrum teams on LMS integration from Kallidus to Cornerstone. Employed Agile methodology to streamline processes and managed stakeholder relationships to ensure content remained current and met compliance standards.

Created digital learning solutions for UK and ROI stores, encompassing printed materials, videos, e-learning, and web design tailored to brand guidelines. Regularly reviewed content to ensure functionality across multiple platforms and designed communications and marketing for learning content.

Designed and delivered digital learning solutions, including printed materials, videos, e-learning, and classroom sessions for UK and ROI stores. Conducted webinars and face-to-face systems training for over 900 UK/ROI stores and liaised with stakeholders to identify training gaps and opportunities.

Completed a Higher National Certificate in Computer Science. This program provided foundational knowledge in various computing principles and applications.

Undertook a BTEC in IT Practitioners, focusing on practical skills and knowledge in information technology. The curriculum covered various aspects of IT systems and applications.
