I've migrated legacy delivery tooling from TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, and CircleCI to GitHub Actions with reusable workflows and OIDC authentication. I also develop Golden Path templates that improve onboarding, deployment consistency, and operational resilience.

I design observability with Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana, helping reduce MTTR by 20% while maintaining 99.9%+ uptime. Through Karpenter, VPA, capacity planning, and resource standardization, I've reduced EKS node counts from 35+ to four per environment.

Earlier at HighPoints Global supporting the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development, I helped secure AWS and Azure infrastructure, containerized legacy applications, built Jenkins pipelines, and improved Kubernetes monitoring. I bring 10+ years of experience embedding security controls—including Veracode, Checkmarx, Qualys, SentinelOne, secret scanning, and IAM governance—into reliable cloud platforms.
