Serves as Financial Management Advisor to HHC, conducting comprehensive financial analysis, developing and delivering training, and recommending policy and process improvements supporting MARFOREUR/AF programs; led a team of 98 Soldiers and improved compliance with Army and DoD regulations.

Managed administrative and logistical support for 63 Soldiers across Europe, supervised four NCOs, implemented internal control processes for pay, travel, and disbursing, and executed certifications for Kosovo financial teams.

Served as Accounting NCOIC supporting 44,000 personnel, researched and cleared IDOCs and ULOs, audited CIT and sales orders in GFEBS, and provided technical oversight to multiple regional finance offices.

Advised theater-level financial management operations, supervised NCOs, implemented internal controls for pay/travel/disbursing, and planned certifications for Kosovo financial teams while managing Master Military Pay Account reviews.

Advised commanders and resource managers on financial compliance, led a team of 35 Soldiers providing finance services to USAG-Vicenza, conducted quality assurance audits, and developed reporting systems for appropriations and expenditures.

Performed quality control reviews of travel payments, resolved complex travel accounting issues, and analyzed travel data using IATS, STANFINS, SRD-1 and JSS to ensure accurate entitlements and payments.

Managed daily disbursing operations supporting over 30,000 Soldiers, supervised cashier teams, conducted Paying Agent training, and liaised with external agencies to ensure secure cash operations and internal control compliance.
