I've delivered mineral processing projects for Monpolymet Group, Gankhuder Ord, Revorientrans, and Nutgiin Gantig, including iron ore magnetic separation, gold CIC/CIP processing, heap leaching, and silver-gold flotation plants. I have led plant installation, commissioning, operations, equipment selection, and project coordination.
As a mineral processing technologist and mechanical equipment engineer, I use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Project to plan engineering work and projects. I've managed teams of up to 160 people while improving plant productivity, implementing technology changes, and supporting safety and operational control systems.
