I’m a Data Auditor and Operations Coordinator based in Alexandria, Egypt, and I build dependable reporting by validating data at the source and connecting it into decision-ready datasets.

In my current role (Alexandria University), I collect, validate, and maintain high-quality student data across multiple Google Sheets and systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy. I link and integrate records across sheets to consolidate student details, exam results, subscriptions, and attendance data—then clean, standardize, and reconcile datasets to remove duplicates, missing values, and inconsistencies. I audit Google Forms exam and assessment data, implement validation rules and quality checks, and produce structured analytical reports that support academic and operational decision-making.

I also collaborate with stakeholders to keep workflows moving smoothly, providing first-line technical and operational support to students for exam/form/subscription and data-related issues. Alongside academic and accounting teams, I coordinate timely issue resolution and smooth execution, while using Power BI to support data interpretation, statistical analysis, Excel analytics, KPI analysis, and dashboard development.

Previously, as a Data Analyst (Egypt Scholar Inc) and as a Data Analyst/Intern and Data Scientist (Intern) on project work, I’ve defined KPIs and reporting frameworks, extracted and structured data from Podio to reduce manual preparation time by 25%, and designed interactive Power BI dashboards for engagement, satisfaction, and outcome analytics. I’ve also worked hands-on with Python for data cleaning, built SQL schemas and ERD diagrams for relational databases, and applied statistical methods (including ANOVA, correlation, and hypothesis testing) and machine learning techniques to uncover patterns and improve operational decisions.
