I consolidated Azure WAF and Application Gateway resources into a multi-site architecture, contributing to an 80% reduction in related infrastructure cost. I also moved compute workloads to 3-year Azure Reservations at 52% below pay-as-you-go pricing.
I built and maintained GitHub Actions and Docker-based CI/CD workflows, and carried out infrastructure migrations and production releases with health checks and rollback planning. I also implemented, documented, and tested cross-region disaster recovery and cross-platform backup workflows.
