At Mindtickle, I architect and own a production-grade, vendor-agnostic LLM Gateway in Go that serves as the core AI infrastructure layer for 10+ product teams.
I enable teams to switch across AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and Google Vertex AI without code changes, reducing AI feature onboarding from days to hours. I also build multi-agent workflows for Seller Behaviour Intel and Deal Guides, plus secure MCP tools for beta customers.
I build reliable production AI systems with LLM evaluation pipelines, Kafka-based orchestration, AWS EKS, Terraform, Datadog, and GitLab CI/CD. Earlier, I improved OCR accuracy and added YOLOv8-based ROI detection at Auton Systems.
