I seek senior production or executive roles where I can lead creative teams, manage end-to-end multimedia projects, and apply technical operations expertise to scale high-quality, cost-effective productions.

I am an executive producer, filmmaker, and media technologist with decades of experience building, producing, and delivering film, video, and live-virtual events. I write, direct, edit, and manage full production lifecycles, from concept and storyboarding through post-production and distribution.

As Founder and CEO of Gaines Entertainment and GainesCon Media, I designed business structures, led cross-functional teams, negotiated vendor relationships, and created The Dragon Award to recognize independent filmmakers. I also architect technical workflows and optimized production processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.

I have provided IT and media production services for municipal clients, implementing VoIP, maintaining systems, producing informational videos, and ensuring disaster recovery and ongoing system administration. I bring a practical technical background and creative leadership to every project.
