What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a logistics, accounts payable, administrative, or office operations role where I can apply my invoicing, bookkeeping, reporting, and cross-functional coordination experience while maintaining accurate, dependable processes.

I've spent more than 20 years keeping invoicing, bookkeeping, customer service, and office operations accurate and organized. At Fellers, Inc., I audited freight invoices, resolved billing discrepancies, tracked replenishment orders in AS400/Iptor, and maintained freight data and intercompany cost reports.

My work has connected facilities, finance, vendors, customer service, and corporate teams while supporting daily LTL quotes through a TMS system. I've also supported aerospace programs at Gulfstream and Boeing, where I maintained operating system boards, safety documentation, overtime and attendance tracking, and production-cost inputs.

Earlier roles strengthened my experience in quality assurance, calibration compliance, bookkeeping, client relations, sales, production services, and bank operations. I'm known for maintaining structure in fast-paced environments, resolving issues fairly, and communicating effectively across teams.
