Barasha Deka

I’m an HR executive with hands-on internship experience in people-centered environments, including Indian Council For Child Welfare and hospital settings. I’m motivated by practical HR work where attention, communication, and sound decision-making make a real difference.

Through my internships at GNRC Hospital and Sygnus Hospital, I strengthened my ability to handle pressure while supporting day-to-day HR responsibilities. I also completed a project—a study on Job Satisfaction with special reference to GNRC Hospital—focusing on how employee experience impacts outcomes.

Right now, I’m building my expertise through my MBA in HR & Operation, and I bring strong critical thinking and problem-solving to every task. I enjoy connecting HR priorities to measurable improvements in employee engagement, especially in fast-paced, service-oriented workplaces.
