Banhishikha Mondal

I’m currently working as a Geriatric Business Associate at Emoha, where I build value through geriatric healthcare management, patient counselling, clinical assessment, care coordination, and patient relationship management alongside business development.

Before this, I trained in pharmaceutical and hospital settings: at Franklin Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. I supported sampling, testing, and results recording under supervision while learning GMP/GLP, safety guidelines, and batch manufacturing records (BMRs). At Uni Health Centre, LPU, I gained practical exposure to medication review, documentation and reporting systems, digital prescriptions, and hospital formulary concepts.

My research focus strengthens how I think and decide—through my capstone work and my “Analogue Based Drug Discovery” project, where I explore how structural modification, SAR (structure–activity relationship), potency, and selectivity can guide safer, more effective drug design.

I also invest in credibility through certifications such as Medical Coding and Medical Billing, inPharmacovigilance and Clinical Trial, and SARS‑CoV‑2 antigen rapid diagnostic testing, plus I’ve contributed publications including “Common Biopharmaceutical Excipients” and an “Assay of Paracetamol by UV spectroscopy.” I bring strong leadership, good communication, empathy & patient care, and disciplined project planning into every role I take.
