Coordinated state-level rollout of the Personalized Adaptive Learning (PAL) program across 524 Andhra Pradesh government schools, doubled product usage to 60 minutes/week in research schools and secured policy adoption and weekly review processes.

Provided on-ground academic advisory and teacher mentoring for XSEED across 32 Hyderabad schools, delivering training, classroom demonstrations, and retention strategies that maintained high stakeholder satisfaction and expanded program adoption.
