I’m a finance and commercial accounting professional with 6 years of overall experience, including nearly 3 years supporting Tata Consumer Products through SAP S/4HANA-based commercial finance operations. I focus on trade claims accounting, stakeholder collaboration, and strengthening financial controls in fast-paced FMCG and retail environments.

In my current role as Senior Executive – Finance & Commercial Accounting, I manage SAP S/4HANA commercial accounting operations, processing GST and non-GST trade claims exceeding ₹10+ crore monthly. I validate, post, and settle claims while handling Credit Notes and Debit Notes tied to trade schemes, discounts, incentives, freight, liquidation, damage & expiry, sampling, and free-of-cost (FOC) claims.

I also drive budget control by creating, amending, and validating Internal Orders in SAP S/4HANA and reconciling budget-versus-actual utilization for accurate reporting. I collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, Tax, Sales, and Finance teams to resolve claim and posting queries and provide utilization reporting for timely business decisions.

Previously as a Senior Financial and Operational Manager and earlier as an Operations Analyst, I supported finance and operational activities across B2B and e-commerce channels, prepared reconciliations, and implemented process improvements that contributed to increasing profit margins by up to 60%. I bring a practical, audit-ready mindset—supporting month-end provisions, reconciling ledgers to resolve discrepancies, and preparing schedules and documentation for internal and Big4 audits.
