What I'm looking for

I am seeking senior operational leadership in pharmaceuticals where I can improve manufacturing efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, lead IMS initiatives, and drive product development and supply-chain excellence.

I am a pharmacy professional with 26 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, operations, quality and R&D. I hold an M.Phil in Pharmacy and have led manufacturing and integrated management systems at multiple pharmaceutical companies.

As Director of Operations at Genome Pharmaceuticals since November 2016, I oversee all factory and plant activities, lead IMS implementation and act as Management Representative. Previously I managed production and quality roles at Wilson’s and Scotmann Pharmaceuticals, and contributed to central R&D and quality control functions.

I bring specialized expertise in extended-release product development, pharmaceutical supply chain management, risk-based inspection of manufacturing operations, and ISO-based QMS, EMS and OHSMS implementation and auditing. I seek roles where I can drive operational excellence, compliance and product development impact.
