What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a security and safety role where I can run control room operations, improve response times, and use reporting and tracking skills to protect assets—while continuously learning, working with a strong team, and supporting organizational goals.

I am a Control Room Supervisor with over 4 years of hands-on experience in the security sector, where I manage daily control room operations and ensure staff and equipment are always ready for incidents. I build and enforce control room policies and procedures, reducing case handling time from 10 minutes to 5 minutes, while maintaining a safe and secure work environment. I’m known for strong communication and for engaging effectively with individuals across organizational levels.

In my roles, I coordinate recovery of stolen vehicles by providing technical support to recovery teams on the ground and liaising with the police for support with a recovery rate of 98%. I also train control room staff on standard operating procedures, monitor asset financed accounts, and prepare reports and presentations for financial institutions. From my earlier experience at Kenya Revenue Authority, I strengthened my security foundation through CCTV surveillance, access control management, security & safety investigations, stakeholder coordination, and incident reporting—skills I continue to apply as I help organizations achieve operational safety goals.
