As a senior consultant at Ernst & Young, I worked on mediation projects including DTDC Billing Solution and Comcast Effectv Billing Transformation. These solutions processed consignment and transactional data for SAP billing systems.
At Reliance Jio, I worked on mediation solutions for rating, charging, customer payments, and telecom usage data. My work included EPC Auto Sync, Autopay, and the Jio Digital API Platform.
My experience includes Digital Route’s Mediation Zone, also known as SAP Convergent Mediation, across online and batch mediation. I’ve worked on solution design, development, testing, implementation, and support, using PL/SQL and UNIX.
