On freelance and contract projects, I develop and support software and AI solutions, investigating application, API, and data workflow issues through testing and solution validation.
At Zagazig University Hospitals, I support patient care and clinical workflows while contributing to biomedical research using genomic datasets and reproducible analysis. At Ain Shams University Hospitals (Demerdash), I assisted patients and multidisciplinary teams and worked with clinical and genetic datasets for predictive modeling.
I also built CUDAForge, an inference runtime with GPU performance benchmarks, and EvalAgent-Platform, a distributed AI evaluation platform. For AetherScale-RAG, I designed a healthcare information retrieval platform that improved retrieval quality to 0.842 MRR@10.
